Too True Beats - Terms and Conditions
Too True Beats is a beat licensing platform operated by Too True Visionz LLC. Users may preview and purchase beats under Lease (MP3) or Exclusive (MP3 + WAV) licenses. Purchasing a beat grants a license to use the beat but does not transfer copyright ownership unless explicitly stated in writing.
Users must create an account to purchase beats. Required information includes name, email address, and password. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity conducted under their account.
All beats remain the intellectual property of Too True Visionz LLC. Lease licenses grant non-exclusive rights with MP3 delivery. Exclusive licenses grant exclusive usage rights with MP3 and WAV delivery and remove the beat from future sale.
Each purchase includes a licensing contract. The purchaser must complete and return the contract for the license to be considered valid. Failure to return the completed agreement may result in license suspension or revocation.
All sales are digital product sales. After successful purchase, files are delivered immediately via email with a download link valid for 24 hours. Customers may request a new link after expiration up to three (3) times per day.
If a user experiences issues accessing their files or requesting a new download link, they must contact tootruevisionz@gmail.com for assistance. Files or a new link will be provided when possible.
Purchased beats may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or transferred to third parties. Beats may not be uploaded to other marketplaces or sold as standalone products.
Where commercially reasonable, users must credit the producer as 'Produced by Too True Visionz' on streaming platforms, releases, or promotional materials.
Due to the digital nature of beat files, all sales are final and non-refundable once files have been delivered.
All beats, audio previews, graphics, and branding are the intellectual property of Too True Visionz LLC and may not be reproduced or exploited without written permission.
Too True Visionz LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on this platform without authorization, submit a DMCA notice including identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate. Notices should be sent to tootruevisionz@gmail.com.
Users agree not to initiate payment chargebacks or payment disputes after files have been delivered. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback may result in immediate termination of the license granted, account suspension, and legal action to recover damages, administrative fees, and collection costs.
Too True Visionz LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of beats purchased through the platform.
Too True Visionz LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Antonio, Texas.
