License Types
MP3 Lease License
The MP3 Lease License grants the purchaser a non-exclusive license to use the beat for recording and releasing music.
What You Receive:
High-quality MP3 file of the beat
Non-Exclusive Beat License Agreement
Permission to record one (1) song using the beat
Usage Rights:
Streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
YouTube and social media content
Live performances
Music promotion and marketing
Important Conditions:
The beat remains available for sale to other artists
Ownership of the beat remains with Too True Visionz LLC
The beat cannot be resold, redistributed, or sublicensed
The beat cannot be used to create or sell another beat
Credit Requirement: All releases must credit the producer: 'Produced by 5Fingaz'.
Exclusive License
The Exclusive License grants the purchaser exclusive usage rights to the beat. Once an exclusive license is purchased, the beat is removed from sale.

Studio-quality WAV file
Exclusive Beat License Agreement contract
Usage Rights:
Commercial music releases
Streaming platforms
Music videos
Live performances
Film, television, and promotional content
Important Conditions:
The beat cannot be resold or redistributed in its original form
The beat cannot be licensed to other artists
Copyright ownership remains with Too True Visionz LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing
Credit Requirement: All releases must credit the producer: 'Produced by 5Fingaz'.
Ownership & Copyright
All beats remain the copyrighted property of Too True Visionz LLC unless a written copyright assignment is executed. Purchasing a beat provides a license to use the beat, not ownership of the underlying composition.
Prohibited Uses
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Reselling the beat
Uploading the beat to beat marketplaces
Claiming production ownership of the beat
Distributing the beat by itself
Using the beat to create derivative beats for sale
Violation of these terms may result in license termination and legal action.

Once you receive the license, fill it out and email it back to Too True Visionz at the email listed above. Failure to do so, leaves the contract null and void. We want you to have your rights, so please don't skip this step. Once filled out and returned, it will be filed in all the databases, and sent to the distribution companies and PROs.
